What EXACTLY is a " non-gay question ".??
Funny, but I've been reading quite a few of these questions, and not once did I try to determine the gender or sexual orientation of them.
Why do you people have to shove your preferences in everything?? This seems to be a place where people--- of any age, race, ethnicity, gender and sexual preference can come together and do something without all this PC crap butting in.
Why does everything have to be broken down and labeled???
Enjoy it for what it is. There's other sites for all that other stuff.

The average Yahoo! Answers user is a 16 year-old teenage girl from Dayton, Ohio who thinks being gay is 'cool' and that gay people are 'funny'.
The average straight person treats gay people in the same way Paris Hilton treats her puppy dog. Like a cute, tokenistic pet.
Straights asking 'non-gay' questions. Hmm. Not exactly earth shattering stuff.
And, as I recall, you asked a Halloween question in the gay section once. What? Is a Halloween question a 'gay' question just because you're gay?

I would say they don't know how to read, but since they can type reasonably well I have to assume that they can.
& since Yahoo now gives you the category after you submit your question, is it giving them this category or are they selecting it?

I especially like the one about "people are shallow because they don't talk to people who aren't good looking," then we hear all about how good looking their boyfriend is.
