If he's going to keep going and not take this opportunity to also get his knee surgery, then it will have to be someone unexpected who will make a separate entry that will make the crowd go wild.
That wouldn't be anyone current....it would have to be someone "new" - who is actually someone returning that would be immediately recognizable.
This is crazy, but you know who I'd love for it to be....even if for just one nite..........
