No, he's going to go back to the NFL, if only for the financial sake of his agent.
Once his contract in the NFL is over, that may be a different story, as he has stated many times he prefers Toronto over Miami for quality of life reasons.
Besides, the Dolphins have an "agreement" with the Argonauts that says Mr. Williams is returning to Florida.

If i were him i would chose to go back to the NFL besides the fact that he cold get a multi million dollar contract he hasnt really proved himself in the CFL and Argo fans dont like him. Im sure he will go back to the "big league" but i personally dont like him because he is not a very good player anymore and says makes rude coments.

no chance, he is running back to the NFL, his short tenure up north was unsuccessfull and he will jump at the chance to return to the game which made him successfull, dolphins have his rights but I wouldent count on him playing there they have a talented young running back named ronnie brown so you might see ricky in a different uniform next year, which is kind of a shame I thought he was good for the CFL got a little more exposure in the states he is an intellectuall fellow and I enjoyed listening too his interviews, oh well no worries.
GO ESKS!!

I see him staying in Toronto. He broke his arm early on, so I cannot really base this season as a bad one. I think he will be a much better CFL player than NFL. Makes sense to stay where he is wanted.

I think he will because on ESPN, they said that he liked playing in the CFL more than the NFL cause theres more freedom.

He is under contract with the Dolphins. He is obligated to fulfill the terms of his NFL contract first.
I think the Dolphins will trade his chump butt to anyone that is willing to take a chance on him.
The Fish will probably take a draft pick for him.
Too bad, what a waste...

Given the choice between :
a) a multi-million dollar contract, playing in South Florida, on national networks, and;
b) a multi-thousand dollars contract, playing in cold Canada, and only on TSN (and RDS in Québec) (since CBC has lost the rights for the next years),
what would you do ?
I am canadian. And I would not hesitate.

He has already stated he will apply for reinstatement in the NFL, meaning he is leaving unless they say no.

I don't think he'll stay with the Argos, I'd like to see him play here but we don't have the Money to keep him. But Toronto will be O.K. they still have Avery.
GO ARGO's!!!!!!!!!
