There is a form of human life in the solar system.
It is called mankind and it exists on the planet Earth in our Solar System. No other sign of "human life" has been found anywhere in our solar system which consists of the Sun, and our 9 planets and their moons. Many highly trained people are seraching other places to find any sign of life (human or otherwise) on distant planets orbiting stars other than our Sun. As of today at 11:50 PM I don't think anyone has found one yet, but there are many, many to examine for the possibility. Latest estimates place the number of Stars in the Milky Way Galaxy as being on the order of 1000 Billion, and each one could have 0 to 10 (or more) planets orbiting around it along with their respective moons. That is a lot of territory to cover and will probably take some time to investigate (study) from way, way over here on Earth.

This is one of the most stupid questions I've yet seen on here.

I don't know if I can even begin to start saying why its such a dumb question - still, lets just say they'd have to be pretty tough humans walking around on a surface hot enough to melt Lead.

You mean besides us? No.
Who says there's humans on Venus? Scientologists? Venus has a surface temp of 482 C. Not very inviting for a human, or anything else we know of.
