If it was 'right', then why is Bush still here? He's had plenty of people put to death, when he was gov of texas, as well as starting this war that was totally unjustified. PLUS, the US govt and Bush 1 put Saddam in power in the FIRST place to topple the Shah of Iran.

For their Country and Culture yes right as rain.
That's the way they roll. Who are we to judge or interfere with that.
What you like our system of letting the condemned sit on death row for 30+ years, only to die of old age, while sucking up all that the system has to offer. Meanwhile the loved ones of the victim, or is Saddam's case half a country full of people that were wronged by him should live out there days, knowing that there loved ones will never draw another breath but the venomous creature you'd like to spare gets three meals a day, medical, dental, letters , T.V. right to appeals etc. etc. etc.
He got exactly what he deserved.

You are right, Saddam's killing was totally wrong. It is still murder no matter what. He didn't have justice at all, he shouldn't be killed

Actually no. Killing is not always murder. Society may at its option use the death penalty to atone for actual murder.

Relativistic worldviews obfuscate the truth. Don't succumb!

I think it was right. Some murder is perfectly justified. I'm 100% pro death penalty.

a criminal is a criminal how mighty he may be and thus must be bring to the book. But the manner, the trial is conducted, and he is executed reminds me "jusice hurried is justice burried".
