You're thinking of the Nissan 350Z, a descendant of the old Datsun 240Z of the early 1970s. It's got a 6-Cylinder engine, is Rear-Wheel Drive, seats two people, and comes as a semi-fastback coupe or a convertible. Overseas it's called the Nissan Fairlady Z.
