well since two of my screen names include effing (effingawesome for msn and effingcrazycute for yahoo) i know what it means too. lol. it means f*cking, but i hope you already knew that.

There is an English term. "to swear blind", meaning to swear profoundly or forcefully. This definition fits both the origional meaning of giving an oath, and the later meaning of using curse words.

"Effing" is just what you expect it to be.
"Blinding" is saying "blind me", which has in recent years been shortened to "blimey". It was once an offensive swear word.
