Sit on a chair upright.........Lift your right leg and make an imaginary circle clockwise....as you are doing this with your right hand try to write number six in the air.....make sure that your right foot at the same time is making the circle clockwise !!!!! :-))))))

I'm left handed, so writing with my left and lifting the right was easy. When I tried doing it with my right hand and right leg, I couldn't.
