I will be graduating college in 9 months (Sept 2007) and want to move to a new city. I want to make sure that I don't move into any run-down, crime -infested cities. My city will be well-kept, modern, people get along, low-crime, and be prosperous. Tell me about where you live so I can decide to check it out or avoid it.

I live in the Dallas Metroplex, in the suburbs to the north. This area is very prosperous, lots of jobs in every field. There are tons of thing to do, no matter what your interests are, and many outlying cities in town that are NOT run down or too terribly crime -infested. Depending on your income level, I would recommend, Southlake, Flower Mound, Grapevine, Coppell, Carrollton, Highland Village, and the eastern portion of Lewisville. They are all a short drive to Dallas or Fort Worth, which is probably where you would find a good job. No place on this planet is "perfect", but it is pretty darn nice here, and the weather is mild too. Nice and green too, if you like that kind of scenery. Good Luck!!

PS: If you to decide to continue your education, there are ton of wonderful schools here, the full spectrum.

Unlike what most people think Las Vegas is a great city!
Sure we do have the "bad" areas, but in general people here are really nice and I love how everyone has a different background because (almost) nobody is actually FROM Vegas.
Also what's funny is that a LOT of mormons live here - in "Sin City". They are great people. Many of my friends are mormon. And since I live in a mormon area of town theres close to NO crime.

Los Angeles is extremely pricey to live in. There are gangs, murders, street racing, illegal immigrant smugglers, earthquakes, riots, protests, and forest fires.
The good things about LA are the wonderful resturaunts, beaches, and a few great universities (USC and UCLA).

George W, Bush lives in Washington. Have a look at the stats on life in the "Big D.C." then ask Yourself is it any wonder that people in government are strange.
