Joshua, Jackson, Landan, Noah but I have to say, I do really like Jonah, it make me think of the sweet little boy in "Sleepless in Seattle..."

I really love your choice of Jonah. I would just go with that one. It's your baby after all. And I'm sure your mom will love him just fine no matter what he's called. :-)
I also think Rylan would make a great middle name.

Actually I really like all three of them. I think it's great that your mom is that open minded about your choice and I think it's also nice that you are that considerate about your mom's feelings. That said though, I would concentrate on a name that you love and expresses what you feel. I like Donte, but just my personal opinion I would spell it Dante. I really like Michael Wayne for a boy. I just found out that I'm pregnant with my third and my husband and I have decided if it's a boy that's what we're going to go with. Here's a few others that I like.
Matthew
Jacob Levi
Christopher Brant
Dylan Patrick
Herbert (Not real common I know, but it's my husband's 1st name. He doesn't like it though so he's not real crazy about me using it.)
Lee (Hubby's middle name)

I have a cousin named Rylan. How about Ryder? I like that one a lot. I also like Andrew, Austin, Jackson, Joseph, and Robert.

Try babyzone.com They have all sorts of name guides--list meaning, origin and all. Also have top 100 names from 2006--that way if you can either steer clear of a super popular name or pick a popular name if you want--it's pretty neat
