the reason i know i ovulated because i had pain in my left ovary and also clear mucus with tiny red blood lines

Yes it is possible...ovulation is NOT an exact science.

Yes, technically you can ovulate at any point during the month. It is pretty common to ovulate a week late or a week especially if you are not on birth control (you don't ovulate otherwise.) When you are not on birth control, it is quite possible to have irregular periods, which means irregular ovulation times.

yes a women body changes chemically completely every 7 years.some women ovulate 14 days after the last day of their cycle and some ovulate the last day of their cycle so changes are very likely.

Yes, sometimes even people with the most regular cycle can suddenly become irregular, so yes it is possible for you cycle to change on you, which would mean your ovulation day would change. Sometimes other factors such as stress can send your mentstral cycle out of wack.

It is physically possible to ovulate at ANY point of your cycle...it is just typically the middle of a typical 28 day cycle...but how many women are truly typical???

How do you even know you ovulated a week early? Unless you have a test kit, I don't know if you could even know this (or I must be really out of touch with my own body).
