Easy , the chicken came first. God created the chicken...then the chicken started laying eggs. How do I know? Because evolution is not true and might be the most ignorant theory I have ever heard. I mean come on even Darwin admitted it wasn't true. So the chicken came first.

It is like asking what came first the sperm or the man.Well if Bible where to be believed it was Adam and Eve who came first and the universe got created as a result of their eating the forbidden apple. So thinking on the same analogy one is inclined to believe that the chicken came first.

They collided in mid-air, in Florida. The chicken got scared and died of fright because it was very chicken and then a new, more advanced chicken came out of the egg. But in California, because of better egg-beater technology, the egg was destroyed. However, the chicken later laid an egg.

The egg of course. Dinosaurs laid eggs long before chickens came into existance.

I agree with Jeff. It's the dinosaur egg. Nobody ever specifies that it has to be a chicken egg.

If it was the chicken, there may have been a rare birth where another creature gave birth to a chicken. I think the egg.

this question has been asked countless times already, and i think the answer is subjective. it certainly depends on whether you believe in God as the creator or in evolution.
my stance is that the chicken came first because in the beginning, God created the animals and they didn't start reproduction until Adam and Eve sinned. there will be people who will agree as well as disagree with me :)
