I'm a DDD or an E cup and have always wanted smaller breast. Should I go for it, or just get over it!?!?!?

It all depends on whether or not your large cup size affects your daily life.

Do you have consistent and severe back pain? Sometimes large breasts can have the effect of severe back pain, and in that case it is wise to invest in a reduction as it can save you medical bills later on if the back pains were to become extreme.

Are they proportionally much too large for your frame? Depending on your weight and height, they may or may not be considered to large for your frame. For example, if you are 5'4 and quite slender, having a cup size like that would be extremely disproportional and I would advise a reduction. If you were, say, 5'10 and on the heavy side, aesthetically speaking, you would look fine.

Another thing to consider is whether you have the time and money for a reduction. You will need a long period of time where you can just rest and recover, and they're not cheap either.

Hope it helps

Its always easy for people who dont have this problem to say why? and no dont change and oh people pay money for that why would you do that well take the advice from me...someone who has walked in your shoes....I had a reduction June 2006 and before that I was your size it doesnt matter if your back hurt or not just carrying them around is uncomfortable ...trust me I know.....well when I got my surgery the Dr. said that they took 12 pounds and I am a C cup now...... people dont know how it is to carry around that weight so yes go for it you will be able to breathe better, you will be more comfortable, proportionate, and your shoulders will be better ( i know u know what i mean) and you will be able to do simple things that most people take for granted like running and exercising and other normal things go to your dr. your insurance will pay they never deny you when you are anything over a D cup

Breast Reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Are you having back pains? Do you have the money and time to get it done? I know someone who did it and is so happy she did. Just make sure you do a lot of research to find a good plastic surgeon and you will reduce the possibility of complications and scarring.

if you are having back, neck or shoulder trouble because of them then yes..my one sister had it done and all her problems went away...the biggest indication docs use to see if a persons insurance will cover it is to measure how deep the grooves on the shoulders is from a bra strap digging into the shoulders
