Today we were outside and this guy started talking about Love and he mentioned to my crush that I like him and he was like "shut up" in an annoyed sorta tone...is that good or bad? He hugged me 2 weeks ago cuz I got him this very thoughtful present...if it counts! I told him my feelings months ago, he blushed a lot and that was it....

Could be 2 things:
1. He likes you but is too shy to admit it among friends.
2. He doesnt like you and just doenst want to hurt ur feelings.

Guys tend to be shy and pretty embarrased by their friends when they start making fun of them on the "love" issue. He was probably embarrased that his friend told him that. He will come around don't worry...some guys are chickens.
