my best friend is cheating on her boyfriend and hes my friend to and i like him what should i do

Frankly I find her behavior disgusting. I would give her say 3 days or MAYBE 7 days to tell him or you tell him. Here behavior is a huge red flag warning of character defects which are bound to destroy you friendship with her so do the noble thing. she doesnt deserve your loyalty for a despicable act.

perhaps she is just sad, hurt and acting out and she will be glad you confront her and can face her demons and grow into a woman.
