Well the number can't be exact because stars are dying and being formed... also take into account the time delay. Any star you see in the sky is light-years away, so you are seeing the star as it was thousands of years ago, not now. It could have gone nova and you wouldn't know unil the year 4875... but if I had to hazard a guess I would say 352 billion.
