Well I'm awake all night but looking forward to my bed...not sure what you mean by this question...do you mean it's the last time you would sleep or that you would never wake up? If I'd never wake up I'd want to make sure I made the most of my last day (like being with my hot boyfriend who I miss terribly...) If it was the last time I'd ever sleep I'd relish my last great slumber & sleep in as long as I could. I love sleep. Can't seem to get enough (cats jumping on my head & whatnot).

If I knew that tonight was the last night I had on earth, I'd enjoy it. I'd do something I really love to do. Not sure whether I'd want to spend it alone or with a friend.
Before enjoying myself, I'd take stalk of relationships, and see if there was anyone I hadn't finished something off with. If there was anyone left to forgive or apologize to, I'd suppose this would be the last opportunity, and I'd take it.
I wouldn't fear going to sleep, or try to avoid death, as you cannot do that. When death comes it just comes. Usually, we don't know exactly when we will die. We might know we are on the way to checking out, but rarely can it be pinpointed to the 8 hours of sleep, let alone a week, a month or even a year.
I had open heart surery as a child, and one of the Drs. said I would be lucky to make it to 16 years old. When I was 15,I got a bit fearful, and decided to just make the best of that year, just in case he was right. Now at 41, he's long since dead, and his prediction was way off! It's our spirit that decides when our time is up on this earth, not a Doctor.
Blessings,
Rani

Of course eventually, your body would fall asleep on it's own, but why not just do it? Close your eyes and await the journey.

I would try to stay awake as long as possible and try to spend the little time I have left with the ones I love.

i would try to put it off, which is easy since I normally find it difficult to sleep. I would leave letters to my family and a will of sorts and then go to sleep. I don't think I would be afraid to die but I'd like to get some things done before I go.

I would want to go to sleep and relax and get lost in dreams, but with the knowledge of an end so soon, my mind would not be able to stop thinking about life, my past, all the memories and such, my mind would go in circles until the end

I'd enjoy my last sleep. Since you didn't say I'd die, then I'd wake up and never have to go back to sleep again..sounds cool !!
