I have this thing when I get light headed with dead things... (I know, I'm sensitive) how do I MENTALLY prepare for dissecting a dead frog?

Start thinking like a scientist! Think about your own body. Aren't you ever curious about how your liver might look, or how your kidneys actually work? Think about what is in the frog's body. For example, what makes it go ribbit? You ever wondered about that? Why can a frog jump with his back legs but we can't?
A frog that is going to be dissected isn't all so gross as you might think. It has been preserved, so you probably won't smell anything but a chemical smell. Start thinking about what you are curious about when it comes to a frog, and you will soon forget all the other stuff.
I know this because I worked in a hospital ER as an admitting clerk at one time. For me it was the most interesting place to be no matter how gross something was, because I became curious about how people ended up in whatever predicament they were in!
I also faced a very personal surgery for a strange abnormality, and felt very wierd about the whole thing, but when I started to think about it from a scientific point of view I felt better.
The purpose of dissecting a frog is to learn. The frog isn't alive. You aren't hurting the frog, it is like it isn't even there. So just put aside the emotional side of it, and think like a scientist.

That is not possible since normally, during dissection, the frog's heart is removed. I know of computer programs. Also, they put the frogs in phermaldehyde which is an agent that preserves the body, so the frog is no longer alive way before they get to the classroom. They also pack the bodies in with dry ice to store and keep them cold until they reach the classroom or school which is another thing that the frogs could not live through.

So if a friend was injured, you wouldn't assist because you're sensitive?
Be thankful that you don't have to kill it.
When I took biology, we got to pithe our frogs ourselves, and during the dissction it was breathing and the heart was still beating.
Grow up & get on with it.
