It would be no less dangerous than if you were someone who didn't wear glasses or contacts. You would just have to be careful not to get harmful objects like grass or dirt in your eye. But other than general precautions, I don't see why not.

As far as I know contacts are fine. I have been a soccer fan for a long time and managed teams in high school and also went to most of them. Several of the players wore contacts. The only problem I've seen is if they come out and they don't have an extra set.

Contact lenses are meant to be worn for up to 12 hours a day. It's perfectly safe to wear them while playing sports.

I'm pretty sure it's fine. If it's not, you can get a regular pair of glasses to use while playing soccer. I have a friend who wears contacts, and I'm pretty sure she wears them while she plays soccer.

No. Wearing contacts is not safe because xoccer is one of the most demanding sports when it comes to player movements. Definitely the lenses will be dislodged. Have a LASIK treatment instead to correct your vision if LASIK treatment is not possible, wear sport glasses like Davids. ...cool!!!

You just have to be careful. Foreign objects like dirt or grass may get in your eyes. Wearing protective goggles may prevent this.

I wouldn't use them on those fancy turf fields with the black junk in the turf I think that would scratch them and your eyes up. Otherwise I don't see why not.

I wouldn't think so, because dirt would get in your contacts.
