Not that I don't I like helping people, but since they just have to call and I'm there, some of them take advantage of me. (wish i knew how to say "no" in the less urgent matters)

Very easily.I can easily "go out of my way" simply by smiling at a stranger. Smiling is universal and underrated .

I agree with Chris on this one. I'm not very good at doing this, mostly out of shyness. I'd prefer to just mind my own business. But there are times when I will help...just out of the Blue.

Not to brag but I find it easy to help people, I put it down to a Christian upbringing though many many people who have no faith are real saints too.Anyway I might want help one day so how can I expect it from others I I'm not prepared to help myself?
