So, there is no mom? If not, go to your local vet or farm store, they sell a nutritionally complete formula for puppies. If they are eating you can take hamburger ground up and cook with a cup of rice and feed this to them, water it down and just give a small amount several times a day, about 4-6 times probably. Then get them to drink in between. Depending on how well they do you can rotate the rice and milk and then go to soft food and then to dry puppy food mixed in and then just to dry puppy food for first 6 mos. They don't do well on any regular people milk, gives them diarrhea. Get the kind for puppies and then do the rice and hamburger, sloppy with water and squish it so it's kinda soft.
They need to be wormed, call the vet ask him to sell you the med. for the age and weight of the puppies and ask for a schedule for that. They may make you bring them in the first time or may just sell the wormer to you in liquid form. As far as vitamins don't worry , feed them a decent food like ONE and they will do fine. After puppy chow. They like little biscuits too and they have to chew after their milk teeth fall out, they need rawhide chews and toys and then you have the housebreaking. That should be done through crates at night and when you aren't home. Good luck, Gos bless.

Call a vet immediately. How newly born are they? Did the pups get any of the moms milk? Its important that they get mom milk at least in the first 24 hours as it is filled with colustrium (sp) that transfers antibodies to the pups.
There are many replacement mothers milk brands available. You will need that, a puppy nursing bottle and a lot of stamina. They will need to eat every 2 to 4 hours, 24 hours a day. Your best place to start if this is the first time you have done this is with your vet so he can show you the proper way to feed them, stimulate them to use the bathroom, ways to watch for dehydration (very very easy to dehydrate them when newborn), and many many many other things mom would be doing.
What happened to mom? Did she reject them?
Please keep us updated :)

there is puppy formula at Wal-mart. I would call a vet about vitamins. Keeping a 2 liter full of hot water wrapped in a fleece blanket will make the puppies feel like mommy is there. Also, Cutting a hole in a piece of fleece for the nipple of the bottle to go thru will help them eat. My Mom and I did that for some kittens left in a bag on the side of the road a long time ago.

You can't go wrong if you can find goat's milk and give it to them in a bottle. Go check out your local pet store for supplies. Call and ask a vet. Sorry, but this is about all I know!
