Lime green feces is caused by too much purple dye - such as in Gatorade/Powerade flavors. Green urine is probably caused by a similar dye overdose.
The article cited tells about dyes in medicines that cause such effects.

have you eaten anything that would cause that, sometimes asparagus causes it and it would also cause a strong odor. Certain medications, artificial coloring and certain medications perhaps, if it continues and you are not doing anything different consult your doctor just incase it is serious.
