how true is this? and what are your sources?
i just visited 3 in n outs and.. well.. it seems true.
i asked about 10 people at my school and they said its true.

so is it? i live in so cal. maybe its only in my area.

Every location I've been in has primarily very tall 16-17- 18 yo blond, blue eyed, "surfer" looking boys (we used that term 40 years ago). Maybe they keep rubber clone uniforms in the back for all new employees and under the latex are actually chubby people of color.

I'm white, we've always commented on this. The personnel director has a thing for blond white boys. Disneyland used to be the same if any of you remember back to the 50s-60s.

I kind of noticed that here in No. Calif. and I think it's because everything goes so fast In 'n Out requires fluent english.

If you are talking about wild n' out,its not true. I'm from DE, co. and there's this little white guy named bobby.
