This question is vague. In most cases it is illegal for anyone underage to view porn and this does cover mst teenage years in most states. You need to find out what the laws and age of consent are for your state. Remember 18 and 19 are still teens and in most states these ages can view porn. There is also the question of the type of porn, it is illegal for anyone of any age to view kiddie porn. The fact of whether or not you can be caught getting porn online doesn't change the legality of it. However, it is immoral for anyone of any age to view any porn, although somehow I doubt you care abotu the morality of it since you need to ask to begin with.

Obviously it is not legal or you wouldn't have to be 18 or 21 in some states to buy it at a store or view it online.
