No, I'd leave the city. I don't really know how I could prevent the attack. Call the authorities. Then they ask, "How do you have that information mam?" I say I am from the future and I just know. I guess I could sacrifice myself by bomb threatening the whole build around 6:00 that morning and be the only person left in the building when the planes hit or something. Go and buy a plane ticket and shoot the men who were planning it? I hate shopping so probably wouldn't do that. Eat, maybe since I plan on sacrificing myself for the people, I think deserve a last meal.

Neither. I would go up to the observation deck on the WTC, and enjoy it before it's gone. Then while up there, I would totally regret my decision, because I'd be faced by people about to meet their doom. I doubt I could look any one of them in the eyes comfortably. I'm sure they'd think I was acting crazy, so there'd be no point in warning anyone.
Then I'd spend the rest of my life hunting down that genie so I could strangle him for pulling such a pointless and stupid stunt.

I'd go shopping first. I know a lot of people would go to places that they hadn't been, but I would have to say that I've been to most of the "places" to be the city. Then I would go eat, before I went home and continued on.
