A real person has a sincere personality, stands up for what they believe in and wont change their beliefs for other ppl. A real person only hangs out with real ppl that they know will always have their back no matter what, and will do the same. A real person will never give a fake person the time of day, but if they potential in that fake person, they will take the time to show them how to be real.

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. Things like that make a person real; you care for others, put others before yourself.
To be real is to live by the standards, morals, and values you have for yourself. So it is being true to yourself. True to what you believe. If you aren't true to your heart you aren't real.

That spark inside that everyone has...it is a little bit of G-d. You can't be real without it. I am not talking about religion, but love...Even people who are atheists and deny that there is a G-d have it, they are just in denial. The spark is what makes you real!
