Go to HP website and download the driver from there. Put the files on your hard drive or a floppy disc.

You may not even have to do that. Plug the printer into the tower, and it should read it. I have a Dell computer and a HP printer, and didn't need to download the driver. If it doesn't work, do what Ted B. suggested.

go to http://hp.com and search for driver download psc 2175v.
Open / run or save the file, download the appropriate driver file for your operating system (XP Home / Pro. Windows 2000 whatever). Should be a snap.

if u got a dell computer it should install the drivers. other wise u can download the drivers from the printers website...

Download Bonjour for windows it contains virtually all printer drivers and will automaticly detect and install your printer

add-on to fremen's answer
save the file(drivers) to your desktop
plug in your printer and start the add new hardware wizard
choose to locate the file manually
point the wizard to the file on your desktop
