After a few months of breastfeeding mine were smaller than before I was pregnant even though I was breast feeding full time, no bottles, no food yet.

My Doctor said that it was typical.

They usually double in size while breastfeeding.Once you ween your baby off they eventually go back to their normal size and sag a little due to their growth during pregnancy and the breastfeeding.Just wear an under wire bra for support.

They will as long as you are breastfeeding. After you are done, they will end up looking like deflated-balloon versions of their former selves. Sucks.
