I was strainting my eyes, and all of a sudden, my right eye became lazy! it was like a glass eye, which I kept having to move with my fingers so i wouldnt look cross eyed. It was really scary. I don’t remember the middle bit, but in the end, my sister had some revenge spray, and it had settings, and she put the freeze setting on and she was going to use it on me, and we where sstruggling for it, and we ended up freezing each other, and there was some other people with us, they became frozen too.

Hm... I'm not an expert at all, buy I think... You dislike the idea of you wearing a glass eye, or touching your eye eye. Not alone... That's kinda creepy... As for the freezing part... I don't know...

It is so obvious you have some issues with your sister. it is due to anger between you. Having her sprayed on youe eyes symbolize something or some secret you found out from her and yet you feel guilty about it.
That is probably you dream about her doing stuff to hurt your else. As they say "See No Evil...", you probably discovered something you should not.....
