I know a young woman, pretty and pettite, who had a minor flaw. It was the kinda flaw that made her unique (to me anyway). She recently got the flaw surgically "fixed". I am not against anybody doing what they want to their own body. I am curious to know if this is becoming standard practice for attaining jobs.

My bestfriend was/is in modeling. They recommeded she get "breast augmentation" so her clothes would flatter her more. I don't know how she found money to do, since she is also a single mom. I was really disappointed she changed herself to meet someone elses physical ideal.
