How does water enter the body other than by consumption (eating/drinking)?

I don't think it does....this is why people get dehydrated when they do not drink.

I think you mean how does it get from drinking to your body...

When you drink water, it goes through your gastrointestinal tract and then is absorbed in the large intestine through the cell walls of the large intestine through osmosis.

If you don't mean that...

Like when you are in a bathtub or shower for a long time your skin will be all wrinkly... Water is unable to get through your skin because skin is a natural 'waterproof' covering.

Nope, that's the only way. The body is set up to not allow stuff to pass through the skin and such.
