Why not do what I would have done in order to obtain an answer to this vexing question? Contact the Department store's advertising department and ask for some information about the catalog, the cover of which She is gracing, and see if in lists Her name or the agency through which She contracted for the photo shoot. But the again, like I said, that's what I would have done.

There's only one race and that's the human race. As for the ethnicity of the lady, I think she is African-American or Arab. She could be a Latina too.
