Eat whatever you feel like as long as it is well cooked. Some foods to avoid, however: Seafood as it contains mercury, and if you eat deli sandwiches, have them toasted or heated so that any listeria ( a common bacteria found in them) has no chance to harm your baby. As far as exercises, do those you feel most comfortable with. Don't over exert yourself. Walking is the best thing you can do--it can even start labor and encourage the baby to go into the birth canal! Check with your doctor if you are uncertain about anything.

Hi. That's a very important question you have. I don't know the answer to that, but my mother, Dr. Shoshana Bennett, is a specialist nutrition and health for pregnant moms. She has a whole chapter on it in her latest book, Postpartum Depression for Dummies, and I know would love to help you out in getting the best nutrition for you and your baby. I will forward your email or phone number to her if you'd like, so she can connect with you and help you out. Take Care,

Aaron

Stay away from processed or artifical sugars, sweetners and flavours. Drink plenty of water. Take your prenatal vitamines. Walk daily and swim as often as possible.
