OMG means "Oh my gosh/goodness/God"
OMGD just finishes the word God. so no-one can say oh my gosh or goodness

I'm not sure. Maybe if somebody typed it to you they accidentally made a mistake and added the d (typo). Maybe it might mean O MY GOD DAMN!
