I would imagine that the answer to that would be Quebec. You may very well be greeted in French as that is the majority of Quebecer's first language.

Quebec, la belle province, holds our largest Canadian francophone population, although New Brunswick and Manitoba both have significant francophone communities. BC has a large population of Asian Canadians, so maybe it's catching up, and Toronto the Good (in Ontario) has now more visible minorities than Caucasians per our last census numbers, so it may well be in the running too!

Quebec and some of the Maritime provinces, will likely address you in French.
Also In the North West Territories, Yukon and Nunavut, you may be greeted in Dene, Cree, Ojibway or French or English.
