I have a new computer and just installed iTunes, but I have no songs on my computer. My old computer with all the songs on it is fried. All I have are the songs that are still on my iPod. I want to unsync my iPod from iTunes so that when I plug my iPod in, I don't lose any of the songs that are on my iPod. I also would like to copy those songs from my iPod onto my computer, but I don't know how. Can someone help?

It's not possible using iTunes, you'll have to download thrid party software, but beware, I've heard horror stories of these not working.

Prehaps you can find a computer nerd you know to take the hard drive out of your old computer and get your files back.

Good Luck.
