Psych majors, How do you know if you are Regressing?

And just not have a childlike enthusiasm for life?

When your "childish" behaviors only occur in response to a particular stressor. Binge eating (chocolate, for example) after breaking up with a girlfriend or boyfriend is your ego's way of comforting itself by regressing to the childhood oral stage.

When your actions are viewed as immature, not enthusiastic.

If you are hanging around others with much less life experience on a regular basis, you've got some issues that need resolved, something you felt you've missed out on.
