I'd have to go with pink eye, definitely. It's just because I don't know what in the world a sty is!

Pink eye is an infection that really should be treated with antibiotics. A sty is uncomfortable and sore but a warm water cloth applied to it can help it to drain or just go away.

Pink eye, because you need medicine to make it go away, a sty will disappear after a good nights sleep.

Pink eye because it's contagious (can be spread). If someone uses the face towel that came in contact with your eye, they could get pink eye. As far as I know, stys are not contagious.
