What other authors might I enjoy if I love Dan Brown's stuff? Any suggestions or recommendations? Favorite books?

Not really. He's the Cliff Claven of historic novels.
How about the numerous books debunking The DaVinci Code?

If you like Dan Brown then try any of Steve Barry's books. He has 4 out so far and they are even better than Brown!!

I love Dan Brown. I dont care what anybody says! haha.. My favorite book was Digital Fortress... there's just something about it that kept me glued to the book! Sorry, but I really cant think of anyone else that I can relate him to.

I didn't like The Davinci Code, that's why I never read any of his other books. My dad has read other Dan Brown's books and he enjoys reading Ken Follet.

No. His stories follow a fixed format that is predictable and similar across all three of the books I've read from him. He mingles just enough "expert" language to sound like he knows what he's talking about, but if you are one of those experts, it really just makes you ill the liberties he takes. He is definitely a fiction writer. I particularly thought he was grossly off queue with Digital Fortress.

i would try john Grisham... his books are kind of about court, but there is still the bad guy and the good guy... The last Jurorm the client, King of torts are just a few of his great books I am reading his "the innocent man" now!

I don't like his writing style,granted people like him,its just not original enough to make me go Ooooh,and ahhhhh. The Da Vinci Code was a waste of the two weeks i spent on it.
