Girls don't get h***y around guys unless they are on a 1-on-1 date with the guy. Otherwise, they giggle and laugh and just want some attention. You can definitely tell they are flirting when they smile or laugh at everything you say or if they are always thinking of reasons to touch you - - - such as smacking your arm when you say something crazy. But don't think that necessarily means they are interested . . . . . they may just want male attention.

Horny usually comes after making out for a little while. You know, men are like firemen: ready to go anytime anywhere. Women are like fires: we need a certain temperature, certain chemistry, certain amount of 'spark'.
The best way to tell if a girl is sincerely flirting with YOU, and not just a flirt, is to see who she spends her attention on. Amount of eye contact, physical distance, etc with you compared to other guys around.
