The bachelor's habits were quite slovenly.

The Doctor diagnosed a vascular condition, and prescribed treatment.

They were all given 20.00 as an incentive to finish the project a day earlier than planned.

The slothful slovenly man down the street was dissapointed with his couch-potato excistence and decided to go for a walk. He made a deal with himself to eat a whole box of twinkies while watching Gilmore Girls as an incentive to walk a mile. After four weeks of brisk walking and Gilmore Girls-twinkie happiness, the man down the street found his vascular system was on it's way to being in tip-top-shape because, much to his surprise, he found his heart beating very quickly when Rory was on the screen and he didn't need a twinkie for that to happen.

Slovenly in appearance, the old woman shuffled down the street, her feet swollen and sore. Her vascular system in an uproar from the booze and cigarettes and late night carousing. It ought to have been incentive enough to seek help but she continued her ways and eventually died.

How's that?

Because of his slovenly existence he had some vascular blockage which caused a heart attack. This was incentive enough for him to reexamine his life and get on the right track.

"I have no insurance and I'm not interested in selling my house to pay for the vascular surgery," said the patient. He looked frail, withdrawn, slovenly. "The truth is, I've lost my incentive to live."

The slovenly man received incentive to change; when he realized his vascular health was in peril.

How much do you love me?!!?
