I don't have voice mail on my cell, and it drives people crazy :-)

neither, it doesn't bother me I don't let little things like that bug me. The only time it would is if it were an emergency

I want to reach the person so expect that there will be voice mail or an answering machine...time is money and we just don't have enough of either one.
I don't have voice mail on my cell either....too cheap...I don't give out my cell number and only use it for outgoing calls...the rest of the time it is off.

Calling someone with no machine for sure!!! I hate not being able to at least leave a message --I always feel like I at least accomplish something!!! :)

yea its better to have voice mail so u atleast get the message at some point and the other person doesnt go ballistic =]

It's worse when they have no machine because you waste your time calling back until you get ahold of them!
