Yes, yes and no.
Yes, Boise should be give an opportunity to at least share in the title because they were undefeated and played some big games.
Yes, They should do away with the BCS which is ruled by the big schools with big money and go back to a subjective poll.
No, they shouldn't create a playoff format.
In the end, college sports isn't supposed to be about the money. It is about developing community awareness of the University, entertainment and coohesiveness for the student body and player development. When crowning a national champ is the goal, everything falls behind the money.

That is a good question. I think that you can put up a good agument for both sides. Would have to say Boise State should be #1. At the same time, you have to look at the schedule that both teams played. For your second question, there should with out a doubt have a play-off. That is were you know who the real #1 team in the land. No if ands or buts.

No Boise State will not be no. 1 and should not be, who cares if they went unbeaten. Ohio State would like to play weak Boise State and look good winning. But now they have a Gator by the tail and can't let go. A playoff No, No get over it.

Boise State should be moved up but not to number 1...Florida should be moved up to number 1. The BCS format in my opinion mediocre, but a playoff format would be pretty good.

Sure, If I was Boise St. I'd scream "National Champions". They would be the only undefeated divison 1A team in the country. And yes, the BCS stinks and I'd like to see a playoff. They really need it.

Ohio st WILL lose tonight and their heisman QB is going to look like an idiot. The BCS is crap and their should be a playoff! DUH!!! How does it make sence that the two undefeated teams, Boise St and Ohio arent even in the championship together?? Regardless, the SEC is the best.

No, Boise State should not be #1. Playing a schedule as weak as they did in a conference that bad does not justify giving them the title, even if they did go 13-0.
Yes, there should be a playoff.

playoff format would be good- but its all about the teams u play during the year- the gators played harder teams than boisie state- but yea if the had playoffs that would have settled it there...
