Yes. I have known a few, but for the most part it is a pretty reliable theory...I would say only about a 20% margin for error. I think the ones that "fell short" on fulfilling the theory were just that...shorter or smaller package than expected from the size of the feet...there is very seldom a pleasant surprise lying beneath the mysteriously closed fly of a small footed man. But I am sure it is probably possible but rare.

i sure do and from then on i decided to only believe the theory about once you go black you never go back! because thats the only one ive seen any truth in yet
