don't wait go to the doctor and get checked out. I did that when my belly hurt like that and I laid home for 4 days before I went to the doctor and when I went to the doctor they put me in the hospital for a week . I was dehydrated and the first couple days found out that I had divertiulitis. Then the 3rd day they sent me to a specalist and they did explortory surgery right away cuz I had so much pain yet . then they found out that I had Crohn's disease. It was no fun at all and cost alot of money

It could be another period. It is not unusual for young women to have irregular cycles. If the pain continues or worsens or if the bleeding gets worse, see a Dr.

You could possibly have a bleeding ulcer. You need to seek medical attention. Specifically, a gastroenterologist. This problem cannot continue, because you will become anemic. Go to the doctor as soon as you can. They will help you fix this problem. It IS serious; please don't downplay your symptoms. Hope this helps.
