Are we gonna be calling this year "twenty–ten" or "two thousand (and) ten"???

I think the latter would be too cheesy, so I'm going with "twenty–ten". What do y'all think????

I'm gonna say "twenty-ten" because it sounds better. I actually try to say that this year is "twenty-oh-seven", but people tend to think I'm weird. :)

I think people go with the one that is the quickest to say unless they are trying to be original. Twenty ten has three syllables...Two Thousand ten has four. I think twenty ten has it.

In 2000, people said Y2K as it was three syllables, the same as saying Two thousand. No one said Twenty hundred, as it had four. I always go with the one that is quickest to say. Product of living in a fast paced world, ya think?
