A) to find a soul mate
B) to socialize & learn about other people

well i guess that depends on you, are you the kind of person that wants to keep a relationship and falls in love easy?. if so than try settling down. for me i would rather settle down but maybe you want to go around and see what people are like and try to find the perfect person or you just want to have sex all the time and dont really care about being happy with someone i guess its your choice =)

i think dating is just to find someone you are compatible with and get along with and along the "dating road" you will eventually find your soul mate and settle down.
but not me yet. im stil having fun!

It is a little of both, I think. Go in for whatever, then decide if it is something special, or not.

Actually you should be dating to understand what your needs versus your wants are. Once you zero in on that, then you realize what you really want out of a long term relationship. Hope this helps. : )

to find your soul mate, if you aren't looking for that then dating is pointless, just skip the dinner and movie and do what your true purpose was. As for me, I date to find the person who loves me, call me old fashioned.............................even if I'm too young to be considered old fashioned.
