So far it sounds like you need to address this with the school of education and maybe ask for a new site...

You seem angry ,hurt and frightened all at the same time. This bundle of emotions can not be good!!!This is a really good personal growth opportunity for you. This is something adults deal with at work all the time. Dealing with unprofessional supervisors. You will need to control your emotions, write a log of your conversations and grievances and discuss them with the teacher in your high school who runs this program. Ask the person running the program what your options are , be prepared to walk away if this program cannot benefit you as well. Ask for advice in handling the teacher who should realize their role is also to mentor you.
If she can not handle it she should not be apart of the program.
Please explain it to your parents they will be there to back you up and they should know that their child is not getting the benefits of a program she is enrolled in. It also might help you express your emotions now so they do not come out at the wrong time.
Please no part 4 explain the rest to an adult in your life who can help you directly. Now get up, go wash your face with cold water and go talk to your parents.

This teacher is unfit. This teacher is disgraceful and probably has tenure -that is why she thinks she can behave this way. You should go to her supervisor. If she yells at you that is completely unprofessional. Can you ask your parents to intervene on your behalf with the coordinator of the program?

you need to tell that school's principal, if you have work and she won't let you come at the time that you want, that is really mean, and you can grade papers, homework, even tests while she eats...
