no, in fact it makes them more puffy because it's so greasy

The jury is still out on this question according to my sister who is a beautician and knows a lot of beauty gossip.
She says be extremely careful not to get the cream too near your eyes or you'll make a bad situation worse. Stay Safe !

Heck yeah it does! How else would I not look like I haven't slept in days. I've been doing it ever since I saw it in a Cosmo or Glamour mag.

It really does but just make sure you get the cream not the ointmernt
