i have 16 year old brother who wants to drop out of school can he, without my parents.

you need a parent or guardian to drop out of school if you brother just stops going they will hold Ur parents responsible and they could end up getting in trouble

Yes, you do my husbands brother had to have his dad go down to the school to do that,but after awhile he wanted to go back to school after summer and he should be graduated this year so maybe it is phase at least i hope so good luck.

Oh my please try to get him not to do that.Without an education you can't get a job anywhere.Even the military expects you to have at least a GED hey tell him to give it till he is 18 he won't regret it.

nope.....and he shouldn't drop out without a highschool diploma you cannot get a great paying job
